Website privacy notice

What this website handles, and why.

This notice covers the public WebCook Labs website and messages sent to us from it.

The private-beta WebCook testing platform and individual security engagements may have separate notices or contract terms for those services.

Who this notice applies to

WebCook Labs is the security-testing practice of WebCook Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In this notice, “WebCook,” “we” and “us” refer to WebCook Technologies LLC.

Website data

This is a static website. In its current form, it does not use first-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process standard request data—such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp—to deliver and protect the site.

Contact inquiries

When you email [email protected], your email provider and ours process the message under their respective terms. If the website prepares an email draft for you, the message is not sent until you choose to send it from your email application.

Do not put credentials, personal data, private source code or unpatched vulnerability details in an initial inquiry. For sensitive material, first follow the secure communications process.

External services

The site may request typeface files from Google Fonts, which can receive standard request data. Links to email providers and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and questions

We retain inquiry and engagement correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, protect the parties involved and meet legal, accounting or security obligations. Access is limited to people who need the information for those purposes.

Send questions about this notice, or requests concerning your information, to [email protected].
